Build the Future of Conducting — Together
The Orchestra’s Conductor Competition is built around a simple but unconventional idea: the musicians who work with the competing conductors should have a direct voice in deciding who wins.
There is no external jury. Each edition is developed in close partnership with a host orchestra, where conductors work directly with the musicians and the orchestra ultimately votes for the winners.
In recent years, the project has developed internationally, working with orchestras and conductors from different countries. We are now looking to build new partnerships and bring the concept to further orchestras and musical institutions.
